Hey it's December!

It has been a busy week though i'm only started to join the firm last two weeks.
I realised i never blog anymore ever since i started my working life.

There are few reasons,

First, I sleep freaking early nowadays,
10.30-11pm you will see i'm sleeping soundly on my comfy bed.

Secondly, I woke up freaking early everyday,
6.30-6.45am , in order to go out early so that i can skip the traffic jam.
FYI my area is f-ing jam every day, every hour and every minute.
Sigh i love everything here except the traffic.

Thirdly, except working i have no entertainment for the past few weeks,
yes AT ALL! I'm starting to feel bored and trying hard to fit myself into such life.
Well, no choice cause i'm working as professional.

Professional = No life with lots of money.

I don't mind to be honest, giving the fact that i've enjoyed enough before i started to live like this.
Party, travel, having crazy fun and so on... i've tried everything so yea i am settling down my life this way. No complaints. :)

Thank God i do not have to work for this weekend and that conveniently means i, finally can shop for Christmas!
Oh talk about Christmas, hopefully i have time to plan for house warming before new year!

I was browsing through shoppinglifestyle.com and this article about career and marriage caught my attention.

Will you choose career over marriage?
Good question indeed.

I mean at my age, my group of friends talk about career and marriage every single time we meet up. There would be no problem for a man to give an affirmative answer without second thought but for a woman, she needs to think, and think hard.

I had an interview with one of the firm in town couple weeks ago and so happened the partner asked me the same question. No, he did not ask, he told me why he should not trained a girl to be a lawyer unless i gave him a good reason to do so, not that he's sexist, he mentioned about woman's mother nature and things related to it.
To be honest, i had no reason, for that moment, disagree with his assertion.
*I still feel insulted now simply because not everyone wants the same as you, Mr.S, i respect you as a person who achieved so much but you're in no position to judge me and my future undertakings*

Then, i recalled that i told him about how sure i am to focus on my career till i become a successful lawyer and no conversation about marriage to be repeated cause i, somewhat, for those excuses i had in my thoughts, stress about it.

So i conclude that,

Give me five years, another five years and i'll consider about marriage and changing my unwillingness of having babies.
But i did not take him for granted.
We both feel comfortable and happy with just and only two of us.

I love art since i was young,
Drawing competition, drafting beautiful dresses in class ( i did it all the time in maths classes, that explained why i fail maths :D ), and i remember i made my own barbie doll and styled her up!
I understand that people love beautiful things, so am i, but there's something inside me that bothered me lately.

I always asked myself question like these,

What am i gonna do if i actually given a chance or an opportunity to be a designer?
Who am i gonna be if i ever be a designer?
What kind of style i would be created?
How to impress people with my ideas?
What makes me THINK that i can be a designer?!

Oh damn i must've been too free to think of crap.
I mean, seriously? I'm 24 now! Wouldn't it be a little late for me to have those not gonna be true dreams?
Hunn keeps telling me that it's never too late if you want to do it.

He says : " Why not? You have so much ideas on this, that bla bla bla "

I'm sensitive on colours combination, trends and i do think about style that i won't change even it's not so in trend now.
I realised myself actually spent my days looking for just One thing that i want to add in my living room. Well i've visited Ikea for like thousand times and it doesn't satisfy me.
That's how i discovered how bad is the quality of their products. Not when you want to use it for just 2 years?

and....
it ended up that i chose to custom made my sofas!
Well, those feelings are hard to describe while waiting for what it'll be turn out!
Colours, materials, fabrics, style and so on....
BUT all these got a price to pay for it. Guess i have to keep my ideas for a little while before we earn enough cash for everything.
It's kind of like an addiction that once i have my own ideas, i want everything to be based on my ideas.

Give me a reality slap and i'll stop having those unrealistic thoughts.

Weekend with hunn's family was great.
Hunn's aunt bought a new place in Mont Kiara and she brought us to the show house.
The moment i heard Mont Kiara, first response was WAHHHHHHHHH HOW MUCH?!

We all know condominiums in Mont Kiara cost a BOMB!
Well, this new condominium costs 2 millions!
Imagine an empty condo costs 2 million. What about price after adding the cost of renovation?
I mean you have to renovate it in a perfect way
since you're staying in such an awesome place.
* Materials are freaking expensive now *

By looking at those life style somehow gave me life inspiration and motivation.
I want to stay in such a luxurious condominium.
Something that i want to achieve in my life.

3. Smoking to stay thin

There are several reasons why people pick up this nasty habit, but an increasing number of young ladies are lighting up to stay thin, being swayed by celebrities and models who smoke. While some evidence seem to suggest that smoking cigarettes causes an increase in metabolic rate and may also suppress appetite, the ill effects are far greater.

Why it's not worth it: For starters, lighting up ages your skin prematurely, makes your hair and breath smell, and your teeth and nails yellow -- not exactly prettifying. And there's the catastrophic health effects of smoking, which include lung cancer, heart disease, COPD/emphysem.

I agree smoking makes you thin but remember it kills. You might get cancer!

4. Opting for (very) unnecessary plastic surgery

Let's not condemn plastic surgery per se because it can be a confidence booster for some who feel self-conscious about a certain flaw. What's crazy, however, is when a woman goes out to alter her whole face or body. Sometimes to weird proportions like a trout pout or massive boobs.

Why it's not worth it: Infection is a very real risk in all kinds of surgery, and sometimes complications can arise. Surgeons are also wary of patients who request multiple procedures: A classic sign of body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) whereby a person is obsessed with perceived flaws, the root of the problem is psychological, not physical.

5. Taking placental extract injections

In their quest to stop the clock, some women have resorted to placenta injections, which are touted to maintain youthfulness and improve health, so much so that they have become a hit particularly in Asian countries such as Japan and Korea.

Why it's not worth it: Injecting placenta extracts into your body is controversial at the very least, and has its risks: The Contonal University Hospital in Switzerland published a report in the British Medical Journal of a patient who developed blistering skin disease after receiving injections of human placental extracts. "The hazards of injecting extracts of human tissues have not been fully considered, although this practice is becoming popular in the quest for maintaining youth," the doctors leading the case warn.

Is it necessary? So gross yucks! Beauty doesn't stay forever. No matter what you do you'll still look old at old age.

6. Tanning under the sun

Every year, thousands of women head out to the beach to soak in the sun for that covetable bronzed, tanned complexion.

Why it's not worth it: UV rays can accelerate premature aging and lead to sun spots, freckles and hyperpigmentation as well as a sun burn. Plus, sun-basking can increase your risk of skin cancer, especially if you're fair-skinned. Sure, sun-kissed skin is super-sexy but it's not to-die-for, literally. Do yourself a favor and use a self-tanner instead.

Sun tanning is the only thing i'll do at beach. I don't enjoy water activities. I guess beach holiday will never be in my list from now on.

Ohhh it's about stages in relationship.

Somehow when you started to date, you'll go through stages like honeymoon period with sparks, then go on to stages where both of you feel comfortable with companion of each other, fight, tolerance and break up.... on and off.... unfinished arguments and miserable times.

I've gone through all that.
BUT i find that my relationship is kinda like repeating of Stage 3, 4 and 5.

It's no easy and all i can say is do not take each other for granted.
Listen to your heart, if he/she's the right one for you, Go for it.

Work things out together and have faith.
That's how you skip stage 6 and 7!

My life is full of pressure lately, not that the circle of my friends would understand this.
So literally i have no one to share my problems.

I realised money can't buy perfection nowadays. Everything is so expensive yet so much of imperfection.Can anyone tell me how to deal with this?The answer is easy actually- like we said " PAY MORE LAH IF YOU WANT IT TO BE PERFECT " How to afford if salary never increase?!

I had this thought out of nowhere while i was reading CPC this afternoon.
I spent my weekend with B's family, house party, visit here and there, so freaking tired until i need at least 24 hours of sleep to recharge myself.
Met his whole family *including those he hasn't meet before haha* and i feel i'm like part of them already.

You know if you claim yourself ready to be a wife * good wife *,

Firstly, you must be 100% loyal to your partner! *no hanky panky and flirting around* You wouldn't want your partner flirts around and telling you that he has some other choice. so be fair to him!

Secondly, you must know how to cook, simple dish at least.Besides that, house chores is a must do but make him share responsibilities with you!
* trust me 90% of guys prefer their partner to be good in cooking *

Thirdly, communication. Be it with him, his family or friends.
* he won't hesitate to bring you along whenever there's family gathering or outing if you can click well with his family and friends*

Fourthly, come clean with your partner.
What i mean here is talk things out with him. Honesty plays an important role in maintaining a healthy relationships!He would like you to share your problems and be there for you. Make him feels like he's the one you always want to be with.

Been reading evidence for more than a week and i realised i have 10 more chapters left.

How could this be possible ? I finished tort, contract and probate in a month time!

I've decided to hate EVIDENCE for life. * sorry Mr. Raja Singham *

First, evidence was never my favourite subject.
Second, evidence was my weakest during LLB. * chose it because my lecturer told that it would be useful in CLP *
Third, I can NEVER UNDERSTAND evidence. I have no idea how to start an answer at all. I'm serious!
Fourth, it's so boring and complicated.So much to memorise too!

There's no fifth.I'm just too lazy to type out how much i hate evidence now.

Honestly, i felt headache whenever i read evidence. It's like my mind not working or ermmm i don't know exactly how to describe it but i know i'm in a state of confusion at all times.

I shopped like crazy because it's sales everywhere!CNY coming! Cannot blame me right?
FML seriously, shopaholic life will never be an easy one.
Provided if i have a rich daddy and mummy who willing to spend so much money on me.
Too bad i don't have one so i have to earn by myself.

So all my friends, i'm sorry if i FFK because i rather spend money on shopping than going out spending unnecessary money on entertainment or expensive food.
Yea i'm a lifeless and hopeless bitch.

Besides that,
I find myself don't have enough time every single day .
I wish i could separate myself into three.

One for myself, especially CLP,
One for my bf and
One for my friends.

You know i have lots and lots of thing going on and i'm the kind of person that just couldn't turn everyone down so i'll end up promised and then procrastinate, procrastinate, drag, drag and drag until the day everyone got pissed with me and i would eventually try my best to fulfill that promised.
I hate myself being like this. Indeed.

I admit i'm a self-centered person. Very much one.
I find it annoying when i have to choose either one between two situations.
Both are important.
I had that kind of dilemma very often recently.
In fact no one forced me. No one seriously.
* ignore me if you don't understand *

I enjoyed giving myself time. I mean my own time doing my own things,
or things i like to do at least.

People changed.
I used to hate staying at home pretty much and i turned myself into a homie person now.
I don't know why, when, and how.
Can i consider it as part of growing up?
I enjoy staying home, finish my notes, go online, watch my favourite shows, enjoy coffee and tea in the afternoon, cook for dinner, looking at my wardrobe and start my own fashion show.Perhaps i should start baking hmmm!
These are things i love to do lately.
I enjoy my work as well but hey study hard to pass CLP is my job now.

Another thing is i can't imagine myself appreciate my "self-time" so much and i don't even wanna attend class simply because i feel it's a waste of time.
It's like a denial to me. Whenever i'm in class, all i did were talking, gossiping, and day-dreaming.
Why don't i spend those time to complete my works?

Realised that i have hell lots of time for myself?
and all those things that i love to do never require me to spend extra money at least.

I want to visit EUROPE again and all i have to do is to SAVE lots and lots of MONEY!
Imagine shopping in UK and PARIS.
Oh my i'm drooling now.

I fell in love with a pair of wedges nicely display in Vincci store.
Went to get it yesterday and you know what?
The sales girl told me " Sorry Miss, the smallest size is size 5! "

I almost fainted, walk away with pain and sorrow.
Whenever i want those pretty shoes, the statement that i hate the most will be
" Sorry, your size sold out! "
However,that is not fatal. It's because probably i can get it from other vincci store in town!

I'm afraid most is like " Sorry, the smallest size is size 5! "
Because my shoes size are size 3/4, to be exact my feets are size 3, yes it's that small.
Classic? FML!

I miss that shoes already.

and i realised i'm getting greedy recently,
i would not walk away by not buying 2 bags/ shoes from the same boutique or store.

I'm so lazy recently, especially after i quit my job.
I'm back to life as i asked for it before, sleeping at 4am and waking up at 2pm without knowing what am i doing the entire day. Yes, nothing!
Chill-lax, that's what i call it.

Practically i'm trying to convince myself do not live like that because it's unhealthy, waste of time and meaningless.
But hey i'm so used to it and i think it was normal, err no it's still normal to me now.

It's helplessly terrible!

for the past few years i wrote down my new year aims and tried my best to achieve most of it.

Well, 2010 was a great year for me and i wish my 2011 will be better.

My first New Year Resolution will be

2010 has been a great and blessing year to me. What about yours?

Remember that half of my 2010 without my love, i thought i would not overcome it but hey i realised i've learn a lot from LDR ( Long Distance Relationship ).
It's NOT THAT BAD after all ;)
Still in the process of learning more and improving myself!

Remember that i've experienced the best time of my life so far.
I got the chance to travel to Europe countries.

How amazing and i realised life is not just about what you think it is.
It's something more, you choose the way you wanna live your life and most importantly BE HAPPY!

Remember that i got to feel the happiest moment in my life.
Achieved my dream for Second Upper of my law degree and graduated finally.
How many sweat and blood that lost and sacrificed in order to be there.
It's worth anyway!
Meanwhile, i'm still working very hard *ehem ehem * to pass CLP and be a practicing lawyer.
Well, i believe that hard work pays off.

Remember that i had the craziest moment and time spent with all my close friends.
I wish, i hope and in fact i want all of us to stay close even we're choosing different path.
But that would not stop us from being close as we were.
The moment we shared and enjoyed together will be the most beautiful memories of mine.

Remember that i got the opportunity to join a legal firm which taught me lots and lots of experience and things that i'll never learn from books.
I'm more confident with the field of career that i'm going to be in the future.
Not only on law, i've learned how to build a relationship with people around me.
Communication, interaction are all important factors.
There are rooms for improvement still for sure.

Well guess you're tired with my whole grandmother story about what i've done throughout 2010.
